Event Period:
The "Xtreme PC Galley" ("Event") will commence on October 20, 2023, at 12:01 AM and conclude on February 25, 2024, at 11:59 PM GMT.

Event Guidelines:
Share photos of your PC on social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook/X), featuring two or more XPG PC components or gaming peripherals. Include the hashtag #XtremePCGallery and fill out the form on the event site.

During the event period, participants are required to upload original creations that align with the hashtag #XtremePCGallery on Instagram/Facebook/X in public. Participants must publicly share their creations and include the tags @xpg_global #XPG #XtremePCGallery to complete event registration.Award Mechanism:

1. Best Looking Award-
   The judging process will be based on the total reaction to the social media posting, creativity, and extra XTREME SAGA element, aesthetics, and technical execution. A total of 2 winning entries will be selected.
2. Lucky Draw-
   The organizer will select works submitted for review, and two winners will be randomly chosen and announced on March 8, 2024. When you submit your work and it successfully passes the review process, participants will automatically be entered into the competition. The Steam digital gift card will be delivered through Steam. The winner will be requested to provide their Steam friend code within 1 week. Steam digital gift card will be purchased in NTD currency and, upon delivery, will be converted to the receiver's account currency based on Steam's exchange rate

Terms and Conditions:

1. This event is organized by ADATA Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as the "Organizer").
2. The Organizer reserves the right to modify event guidelines and the event itself at any time. The Organizer may make modifications, corrections, deletions, edits, additions, and/or revocations without prior notice. In such cases, the Organizer assumes no legal responsibility for any participants.
3. Once participants join the event, they are considered to have accepted the terms and conditions of this Terms and Conditions.
4. The Organizer reserves the right of final decision regarding any disputes over the eligibility of submitted creations.
5. The Organizer is not responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions in participant-provided information and/or personal or contact details. (a) ADATA might not be able to access the winner if the information provided by the participant is not correct. (b) All prizes delivery may take six to eight business weeks depending on the winner’s location.
6. The Organizer assumes no legal responsibility for any errors or losses incurred by participants as a result.
7. The terms and conditions of the event are governed, interpreted, and explained in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Taipei District Court in Taiwan for any dispute regarding the terms and conditions that cannot be properly solved by negotiation.
8. Prizes are subject to availability. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Organizer retains the right to determine the allocation of different prizes.
9. After the Organizer decides and announces the winners, they will be notified. If a winner fails to respond to the winning notification within 2 weeks from the specified time, their eligibility will be forfeited. In this case, the Organizer reserves the right to decide and select a new winner in any appropriate and reasonable manner.
10. Once a participant's entry wins, the participant must provide high-resolution creation files of the submission. Participants shall grant the Organizer the permanent, global, and non-exclusive economic copyright to utilize the creation in various ways, including but not limited to in print or digital publishing, and advertising.
11. Entries submitted by participants must be posted from public accounts on Instagram during the event period (for instance, participants cannot merely "tag" an earlier creation). Entries posted from private accounts and/or entries not posted during the event period will be disqualified.
12. Participants acknowledge and agree that all written and provided information is accurate and true. Any information found to be false, inaccurate, or incomplete will result in disqualification. If harm is caused to the Organizer or any third party due to false information, the responsible party will bear legal consequences. The Organizer assumes no legal responsibility for any untrue or inappropriate information provided by participants.
13. Each entry submitted by participants must comply with applicable laws and regulations and not infringe on any intellectual property rights or any other rights of third parties. The Organizer will not be responsible for any disputes arising from such infringements. This event is in no way sponsored, administered, endorsed, or associated with Instagram.
14. Participant agrees that the Organizer shall be deemed the sole owner of all materials, designs, and works related to Xtreme Saga, including, but not limited to oral and literary works, artistic works, pictorial and graphical works, photographic works and/or audiovisual works and so forth, and those materials, designs, and works can only be utilized by Participant strictly within the purpose to fulfill this Event. Unless otherwise agreed by the Organizer, all rights reserved and protected by applicable laws and regulations, and any unauthorized use of those aforesaid is forbidden.
