1. I already bought a Xenia laptop running Windows 10. Can I upgrade to Windows 11?

All Xenia laptops have compatible hardware to Windows 11. You can receive an upgrade via Windows update publisher from “Windows Update” settings page.

2. When could my Windows 10 system products upgrade to Windows 11?

Estimated time can vary depending on platform and location, which is controlled by Microsoft directly. Some of the official drivers are still under validation and will be published by early 2022.

3. How could I know if my Windows 10 system is ready to be upgraded?

4. Do I need to pay anything to upgrade to Windows 11?

No, Windows 11 is a free upgrade.

5. How long is the free upgrade grace period?

Over 1 year. It’s currently expected to run at least until end of 2022.

6. Can I roll back to Windows 10 if I don’t like Windows 11 after I upgraded?

Yes. A backup copy of your Windows 10 setup will be kept for 10 days.

7. What if I still want to go back after 10 days?

XPG service can provide the original factory reset software image with Windows 10 configuration to all users that lost their data.

8. How much time does it take to upgrade to Windows 11?

Overall it should take around 30 minutes, depending on your system capability and internet speed.

9. What version of Windows 11 will I get?

Standard upgrade follows the same version that is installed on your original Windows 10 version, Home to Home, Pro to Pro. If you require to upgrade to a different version, please visit https://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-11-specifications

10. Does Windows 11 require more storage space than Windows 10?

Windows 11 footprint is overall similar in storage space to Windows 10. However during the upgrade process, a copy of your original Windows 10 configuration will be kept, which will temporarily limit the storage capacity of your drive. Windows 11 will delete this backup after 10 days.
